Then whenever something good came to them, they said: "This deserves for us", while if something bad afflicts them, they consider it as an omen with Moses and whoever with him; behold! Indeed their omen is with Lord Allah, yet most of them do not have the Knowledge.
It is told in verses 36: 15-19: "The disbelieving people to whom three Messengers were sent told the Messengers: 'You are none except a human similar to us, the Impartial Lord has never revealed anything, indeed you are the liars’. The Messengers said: ‘Our Lord knows that, indeed we are the Messengers sent into you, and nothing is our duty except conveying His Message clearly’. The disbelievers said, ‘Indeed you are an evil omen, if you are not desisting, surely we will stone at you and you will be affected with painful punishment from us’. Messengers said: ‘Your omen is with yourselves, is it your reply like this while you are reminded with Adhikr? Nay, you are an extravagant people’". Everyone is fastened his fate around his neck which will be produced as an Illuminating Spread Open Book on the Day of Judgment for reckoning himself as explained in verses 17: 13-14. When they read that Recording Book on the Day of Judgment and they find what they had done in their worldly life, they will wail: "Oh, woe to us! What a Book is this which leaves nothing small or great unless that it has been recorded in it?" as explained in verse 18: 49. These Mujirims who are serving Satan and are following in his footsteps are blaming others for their destiny. See explanation 4: 78-79; 7: 52-53; 11: 5 and 17.
